02Description of Service
Zyro is an AI-powered test generation platform that helps software teams create test cases from user stories and requirements.
Core Features:
- AI-generated test blueprints from natural language requirements - Executable test synthesis for multiple frameworks - Integration with project management tools (Jira, etc.) - Blast radius analysis for code changes - Collaborative review and approval workflows
Service Availability:
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
03User Accounts
Account Creation:
You must create an account to use most features of Zyro. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security:
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Account Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice when possible.
04Subscription and Payment
Pricing Plans:
Zyro offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and usage limits. Current pricing is available on our website.
Billing:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis - All fees are non-refundable except as required by law - You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
Changes to Pricing:
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Taxes:
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices may not include taxes, which will be added where required.

You agree not to use Zyro to:
Prohibited Activities:

Content Standards:
You are responsible for all content you submit to Zyro, including code, user stories, and test cases. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
06Intellectual Property
Your Content:
You retain ownership of all code, user stories, and content you submit to Zyro. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Generated Output:
Test blueprints and executable tests generated by Zyro based on your input belong to you. You may use, modify, and distribute generated output without restriction.
Zyro Platform:
The Zyro platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by ThetaGen Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.
Feedback:
If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
07Data and Privacy
Data Processing:
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Data Security:
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Portability:
You can export your data at any time through the Service or by contacting support.
Data Deletion:

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize us to access and process data from that service as needed to provide Zyro features.

We are not responsible for third-party services. Any issues with integrations should be addressed with the respective provider.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
AI-Generated Content:
Zyro uses AI to generate test cases. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated tests before use.
No Guarantee:
We do not guarantee that: - The Service will meet your specific requirements - Generated tests will be error-free or complete - The Service will be uninterrupted or secure - Any defects will be corrected
Professional Advice:
Zyro is a tool to assist with test creation, not a replacement for professional QA judgment. Always review generated content before deployment.
10Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Exclusion of Damages:
ThetaGen Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Liability Cap:
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exceptions:
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThetaGen Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to the Service
- Your use of generated test cases in production systems
12Changes to Terms

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
13Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, India, except for claims eligible for small claims court.
Class Action Waiver:
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
Time Limit:
Any claim must be brought within one year of the cause of action arising.
14General Provisions
Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThetaGen Labs regarding the Service.
